I have been consistently impressed with Subaru at Surprise since I bought my Outback from them five years ago. Not only have they done an excellent job addressing routine servicing and occasional problems, they are polite and professional and act like they actually care about you and your vehicle.
My experience with the car buying was really aspect was 5/5 and my dealer Mike was nice and helpful. But I have to dock a point because it's clear they ran the car through a car wash, as it's scratched everywhere, which is disappointing for a brand-new car.
Alex was great; very helpful and knowledgable. The sales manager, finance guy, and everyone else at the Subaru Superstore was nice and transparent. My only issue, was when we were in with the finance person, and he showed us all of the options for the various service, maintenance, tire assistance, etc. that a customer can pay for, and be added to the overall finance cost. This was our first purchase from Subaru Superstore of Surprise, but not with a Subaru Dealer. It was reassuring to have the superb experience we have come to expect from a Subaru Dealer. Car buying is an exhausting process. This dealership made it easier and less stressful due to their friendly manner and giving you space when you want it. I would recommend coming here to browse their lots anytime you are looking for your next ride. Ronnie and David were both so pleasant and personable to work with. George in finance was also fantastic, however read the contracts carefully if you go with financing. There are a few things they add in but do not tell you up front. All in all a great experience.

Best dealership experience EVER and the best Subaru dealership Iāve been to in AZ! š I worked with Mark from service, who made this entire process seamlessāhandling a third-party warranty claim, a strut replacement, a Subaru brake warranty claim, and my 30K-mile maintenance. The maintenance was completed way sooner than anticipated. Very professional and thorough check in agent. This was an early hour maintenance check. The interesting part is this WRX has manual transmission and when they were to wash it the check in agent personally put it through the wash himself as the younger personal were not familiar with the stick shift. The car was immaculate.
